A Canada we are proud of means our province has a bright future. But the premier and her UCP government want Alberta to separate from Canada. Why? Because holding together a political party is more important for this government than what is at stake for our reputation, investments, and jobs.
Albertans do not want a separatist premier. They want a government that will bring people together, create ties and build strength from our differences, and defend Canada – knowing we’re Better Together.
Naheed Nenshi and the Alberta New Democrat Caucus are excited to meet with and hear from Albertans across this province, all summer long. We’ll share ways for Albertans to rally their fellow Canadians to stand up for this country, not tear Canada apart at the seams.
That is what this summer is about. Let’s bring together communities at barbeques, in town halls, in backyards, at pancake breakfasts, and at parades. And let’s show the UCP government we’re Better Together
